Change the mobile layout on Event pages

Problem Description:
Event pages lack a cohesive mobile design.

Expected Behavior/Solution:
Implement a mobile layout on Event pages.

Requirements:

• General
  • Change typography of Show All links
  • Change typography of headers and labels
  • Language of names will be on the same line and not a superscript
• About section
  • Fix line spacing of lists
  • Add break line between subsections
• Feedback button
  • Give Feedback button will be above the Data Sources section
• Data Sources
  • Sections will be divided by a break line

Needed for promotion:
If an item on the list is not needed, it should be crossed off but not removed.
