Fix date facets in search results

Problem Description:
Date inconsistencies appear between the date facet and those shown in Selected Filters.

Expected Behavior/Solution:
Update the facets to display the correct dates a user searched for.

Requirements:

• When a user selects a date facet and clicks apply the date facet must have it's earliest date and latest date reflect the same dates displayed on the selected filters.

Needed for promotion:
If an item on the list is not needed, it should be crossed off but not removed.
