Quick-access menu no autoscroll

In tile-grouped quick-access menu autoscrolling is not working properly.
When I open quick-access menu and select any setting, it opens submenu beyond bottom edge of screen, so I have to scroll manually.
But after I change said setting and switch to another - autoscrolling starts to work and sends me down to newly opened submenu.
