ROACH DAQ "setup" files to DIRAC

With every run, we should save the DAQ setup to DIRAC, consisting of:

  • psyllid frequency mask (if triggered data)
  • psyllid base config (analysts beware, the trigger settings which are exposed may be modified, and the snapshot should be consulted)
