Enhance catalog commit messages with global and tenant repo changelogs

Context
Currently, we simply persist all component versions in the catalog update commit message. However, it might be very useful to add the commits in the global and tenant repo since the last catalog compilation in the catalog commit message.
This could provide valuable insight into the source(s) of the changes present in a commit.
