feature request - read IPMI sel logs from endpoint

Can be add the new endpoint for exporter, e.g. /sel to have option viewing of the messages due we can't add this in labels?

Prometheus does not concern itself with logs, and neither should the respective exporters. If you need logs there should be dedicated tooling for that in place.
