Add comment to Issue once the alert is resolved

First and foremost: I completely agree with jiralerts design choice not to resolve an issue when the alert is resolved. A incident isn't just resolved by the symptoms disappearing.
However, it would be great if jiralert could send a (configurable) comment to the ticket when the alert is resolved as it would help everyone watching the incident understand the timeline.
I like to see these issues as a log, where anyone working on the incident briefly describes measures taken (checked X, added more RAM, restarted service, ...). If jiralert would add a comment to the issue when the alert itself has resolved a future incident timeline and the resulting post mortem would greatly benefit.
