ood_test missing some gpt4 feedback

Maybe due to some issues during the generation, the records with index 48, 130, 958 in
evaluation/benchmark/data/feedback_collection_ood_test.json
have empty 'gpt4_feedback' fields.
Just to let others trying to test their models on the file know.
