Same blackbox.yml to monitor different proxies

Hello,
May I ask if blackbox_exporter can use the same blackbox.yml configuration to monitor different proxies for webpage average probe and DNS probe on a Windows client? If so, is there any example available for reference? Thank you.
For example,
I would like to use test1 laptop with 192.168.1.1:8080/192.168.1.1:8081/192.168.2.1:8082/192.168.2.2:8083 these 4 different proxies to monitor the websites performance.
