Consider adding a configuration for read-only that is not dropped with a bare `/drop` command

When running aider, the convention of defining a/a few files as 'read only' (CONVENTIONS.md for example) is great. However when developing to manage context and the window I find myself often /drop'ing to start fresh. I still would like to keep my original CONVENTIONS.md though but /drop gets rid of those files.
