Not sure if this page has been intentionally removed or not but the sidebar link under Cookbook returns a 404.

Looks like the page was removed in 8457403 but the sidebar was never updated.

Yes, this page has been intentionally removed from the documentation. The current Propel2's master has a new configuration system (see propelorm/Propel2#527 for more details) ; you should rather have a look at the configuration chapter or reference.

Thanks for spotting this anyway ; the link has been removed. :-)
