Change name of plugin presented in autoupdate

Currently it reads Cellfie Protege 5.0+ Plugin which is rather long. Consider renaming this to just Cellfie, or some more descriptive label. We already know it's a Protege 5 plugin as it shows up in the Protege 5 plugins list ;-)
