Blank error message when generating axioms using a blank ontology

I am not sure if this is because of the blank ontology, or something else. I could not reproduce it. Need some more investigation.

Actually this happened again with a non-blank ontology. I forgot the exact circumstances, but I think it was after Cellfie was once open in the wrong ontology, then closed, and after that we opened the good ontology in a "different window" (i.e. not in the current window), and then we tried to open Cellfie and run again.
Some (if not all) of these steps may be necessary to get to the empty error message window.

I know this is way later, but I had the same problem and managed to fix it, so hope this helps people in the future. The problem has nothing to do with the ontology, it's the sheet name. It's trying to pull from "Worksheet" but that sheet doesn't exist. You need to change that value to the name of the xlsx you're currently using. You can also just do "add" to create a new rule, copy the correct name, and then paste it on all the rules.
