Normalizing differently?

Hi Thanks for the good work and for releasing the code. I found that in the data loaders, the hazy and clean images seem to be normalized differently. I am wondering if is there a particular reason for doing that.

No particular reason for that. You could try to use the same normalization way. I believe the performance would not have much difference.
