Cisco 7961 line proxy should use USECALLMANAGER

The XML config generated by OSS PBX endpoint manager 14.0.2.1 for Cisco 7961 phones incorrectly puts the Asterisk server IP address in the field. For newer versions of the SIP firmware, you must use USECALLMANAGER in the proxy field. I think Cisco 7970 are also broken.
This seems to work correctly for Cisco 9951 phones.

Never mind. I was using 9.x software and the pre-9 driver.
