can i use it as readyboost cache?

A very good question, dismissed as Readybosst is considered crap.
It isn't:
The hardware at the time was. ( No USB 3, 3.1 etc and small slow thumb drives)
Its basically RAID 1 but with a filter for random ~4K to be read SIMULTANEOUSLY, from a drive better suited to R4K. while the main drive gets on with the large sequential it's better at.
ie: Low latency @ low que depth, which covers ~90% of Windows IO.

I have used it on a Optane 800P and doubled R4k while 1/3rding the latency of a PCIe 4 Corsair MP600 SSD.

If there's a way I am unaware of to mount a physical disk, Readyboost would work very well on GPU-RamDrive..?

Yes, there is a little trick on Windows, but its a bit weird/clunky/uncomfortable... idk, you have to mount 2 drives for a single ReadyBoost
