Pressing F3 does not find add-on context. Add-on list shows addon is enabled.
EDIT:
(FIX: I missed a step from the instructions. Make sure under preferences you have enabled interface -> extra deverloper stuff
Installed fresh blender 2.91.
Installed and enabled add-on.
duplicated modifier from mesh that has shapekeys.
Pressed f3 and searched for "apply..."
Nowhere to be found...
Ideas?
