Create correct diagram of LTC enclosure side bulkhead

The current diagram is incorrect; it is identical to the bottom bulkhead diagram.

Added bulkhead details to LTC Component Map diagram. Details can be exported from the Map SVG as necessary. Deleted original diagrams.
