Revision of #697 for a more useful glossary

According to #697, more than two years ago you decided to capitalize the entries in glossary, referring to grammatical and usability issues (assuming that there are no non-capitalized abbreviations and there would be double entries which would make the glossary view confusing).

I think this was a wrong decision since there are lots of possible abbreviations not using capital letters, for example 'i.e.', which means 'id est' and is quite familiar in english. If I want to use the glossary for creating a tooltip for this I have to write I.e. in my article, which is quite nonsense even in a grammatical way. Same thing if I use the german abbreviation 'z.B.' and want to let the glossary module to do the work for me producing an accessible circumscription ('zum Beispiel'). Again, capitalization is nonsense and makes me coding the needed -tags by myself in HTML-mode of the editor.

In fact it should be the user and not the CMS to decide if a glossary accepts only capitalized items.

It would be a pleasure to get rid of http://dev.contao.org/projects/glossary/repository/entry/trunk/dca/tl_glossary_term.php#L135 making the glossary module more versatile and fixing this so-called 'grammatical' issue.
