Need to implement safe area insets for iOS layout

Need to support safe area insets on all four sides of the screen in order to prevent layout issues on iPhone X.

Not working yet

We also need the safe area inset on the bottom so that the Remove button doesn't overlap the home affordance at the bottom of the screen.

I had that as part of the implementation. I tried following the docs. Wish I could do it with inspector
