Add a verbose mode for PSRI.create_study

There are some warnings that may be undesirable in some cases, we should have a way of not showing them

[warn] Study collection does not have a stage type ('Tipo_Etapa'). Using default value 'STAGE_WEEK'
[warn] Study collection does not have an inital year ('Ano_inicial'). Using default value '2023'
[warn] Study collection does not have a first stage ('Etapa_inicial'). Using default value '1'
