Nest Device Type: Temperature Measurement Capability

dianoga has updated the original Nest code to inform nest that it has temperature measurement capability. I am using your version, but installed HADashboard (https://github.com/FlorianZ/hadashboard) and found that the Nest device type didn't report the temperature to the dashboard. Dianoga found he did not publish this capability of the Nest device type to SmartThings. A couple of lines of code and it works.
