Add new setting for status codes

In order for some services to use content matching (like statuscake) we will have to pay for them, so maybe consider adding a new setting to choose between returning different status codes (if there is a difference between the supposed number of workers and the actual one) and returning the actual json (if the user has the ability to use the json for content matching)
