Hackrf not generating traffic with grgsm_livemon

I'm using dragon os focal Lubuntu
Hackrf_info version 2021.03.1
grgsm_livemon --args=hackrf
GSM-900:
chan: 121 (959.2MHz + 32.029kHz) power: 3105051.70
chan: 122 (959.4MHz + 31.987kHz) power: 3023360.77
chan: 123 (959.6MHz + 7.020kHz) power: 3221094.65
chan: 124 (959.8MHz - 18.039kHz) power: 3286409.89
And my only issue is my hackrf isn't generating any data but I can listen to audio frequencies with it using gnuradio 3.8 so I know it works...what's the issue
