Door lock commands fails in Home App but works in Homebridge

Im new to all this so sorry if I missed something trivial in my setup.
I got the homebridge to control my Verisure doorlocks. I can lock and unlock from Homebridge on my Raspberry Pi. They show in Apple Homekit Home also but displays as offline and can not be controlled from there. Any ideas what to try to get it working from Home IOS device?
