update samba max protocol from NT1 to SMB2 (Stretch)

as win 10 clients complain about SMB1.
Maybe already solved in Buster bootserver?

Updated in opinsys-os-opinsys-buster-2022-03-10-095530-amd64. (It is noteworthy that this also prevents adding Windows computers to the Samba domain.)
