Scratch 3.0 offline has an official distribution

Hi,
you installed Scratux as the offline version for Scratch 3.0 because there was no official distribution. Scratux 1.4.1 was released in 2020 and has got no updates since four years. #534
I found official github releases from the Scratch Foundation https://github.com/scratchfoundation/scratch-desktop . You can see active development and corrected language files. The latest version 3.30.2 is released in August 2023.
I can't say how to build the running version for Scratch ... yes, Scratux comes as an prebuild ApplicationImage.
