Remove spm

Hey, so this chain was mainly built with spm, and that is a problem for maintainers.
Over the past two days I tried to remove it, and found that Stargaze tests were mainly generated by SPM. My next PR is going to remove some of those tests, and will include:
I'll need @jhernandezb to have a look at the changes because pretty often, these aren't consequential or useful tests (the ones generated by starport).
