Chakra is adding a lot to our bundle size, despite its many benefits we should take a step back and look at how we want to structure the design system going forward instead of simply adding it as a new dependency.
This issue covers removing Chakra (for now) until we have a chance to make a decision about the future direction here.
- Replace feedback popover with non-chakra solution
- Replace "removed" Badge+Tooltip on toilet details panel with non-chakra solution
