Problems with PAM ttl in 3.5.0beta

• In the documentation is stated that this param is expressed in minutes, but in the code is used in seconds

  Also in vcr fixtures are expressed in seconds so its not an instant fix.
• We should be able to send a 0 to grant unlimited permissions.
