The bug:
There is no audio attached to the downloaded file.

To Reproduce:
Go to:
https://pbskids.org/videos/watch/odd-squad-the-movie/28604
or
https://pbskids.org/videos/watch/a-little-batty-the-clean-up-mix-up/1485597
(If you look play or look at the details of the video, you will know the audio is missing)

Expected behavior:
For the audio/video to be downloaded as one file.
