Page bouncing animation when any new page loads

I have the latest version 2.2.7.
Whenever any new page is loaded by clicking on a link (menu item) on the left nav bar, the page loads fine, but there is an animation effect as if the botton page is bouncing slightly.
Can we remove this effect? And how?
