Subject of the issue
Chat alignment.
Your environment
Google Chrome v84.0.4147.125 (64 bits)
Steps to reproduce
When you use the chat widget, the send balloon isn't align, it's break the alignment beteewn the image and the balloon.
Expected behaviour
The sender image and your balloon must be aligned.
Actual behaviour
It's equals to "Steps to reproduce".
