What maintenance needs to be done?
Update Change the Subject version to reflect new config

- High (needs to be done prior to reindexing SCSB records)
- Moderate
- Low
Why is this maintenance needed?
- Need to use up-to-date terminology for marginalized group
Acceptance criteria
- Bibdata Production uses latest version of Change the Subject
Implementation notes, if any
Make sure pulibrary/change_the_subject#26 has been implemented and released prior to working on this ticket.
