Missing information about creating resources in `apply()`

Problem description

Creating resources inside apply() or all() functions can be problematic. We used to include warnings on the relevant pages in docs explaining this but they seem to have gone missing.

Suggestions for a fix

I'm currently writing this on my phone but when I get to my laptop I'll check out the wayback machine and find the earlier versions of these pages and link it here.
