image repository username and password can not be cleared

Expected behavior

When an image repository username and password are set on the custom executor form in the deployment settings, they can not be cleared.

Current behavior

1. Fill in an image, username and password
2. Save the settings
3. Reload the page
4. Empty out the username and password fields
5. Save the settings
6. Reload the page
   -> The username and password are back

As a workaround you can turn of the custom executor image checkbox, reload the page and turn it back on.
