What happened?
terraform-plugin-go shipped a braking change:
https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-go/releases/tag/v0.22.0
This is not yet pulled in in hashicorp/terraform-plugin-framework#929
So we can't upgrade to them all. We're pinning all dependencies which depend on terraform-plugin-go for now, upgrade once we can.
