We probably want to add contributors, set owners and access permissions for the Pulumiverse organization.

@cobraz I think we have the initial setup pretty well covered by now. OK for you to close this issue?

Closing this because we have a decent setup automated in Pulumi. Changes to the setup should be filed as new tickets and/or pull requests.
