After this commit emulation accuracy of fceux has increased, maybe it help improve accuracy of punes
it's about memory initialization settings to nametable, palettes, and sprites

To be honest I'm pretty doubtful that the changes you linked to in that commit for fceux would be beneficial to puNES or would improve the accuracy like that with a few miracle lines.
