When installing pros-cli on macOS (from the wheel), the module installs but is not added to the path. There should be instructions for how to add a symbolic link to prosv5 in /usr/local/bin/.

I just installed pros-cli on macOS from the wheel and it was placed in /usr/local/bin/.
