Menu fixed in mobile view

When in mobile view and you scroll, the menu bar also scrolls with it and it looks weird
It would have been better if the menu is set to fixed position so it doesn't move when you scroll on the page

I actually like have the nav scroll with the page, it makes it easy for users to navigate to another page if they need to. I think we should leave it as is.
