look the code and compare the published version [ https://unpkg.com/purecss@2.0.3/build/pure-min.css ] with the official web page that was hidden [ https://purecss.io/styles.c6200b7d.css ]

The published CDN link is just the pure CSS library. The second link is that plus the documentation site specific css styles.
