Use `d` rather than `E` for day of week

ddd and dddd are named-day-of-week, so having the numeric day of week as E doesn't make much sense.

you might want to have 2017 42 1 - 2017, week number 42 day number 1

This proposed change doesn't stop you doing that, I think, unless E does not mean what I think it does? It's just for consistency with the commands for named day of week.
