Break out type definitions, implementations, and all the dom modules

I've been thinking about what makes sense for this library more long-term, particularly in the context of libraries like react-basic-hook and react-basic-native. I went into a little bit more detail here: spicydonuts/purescript-react-basic-hooks/issues/23, but I wanted to make a note on this repo as well.
