🐛 [BUG] - Redirect Yield Farming Link

Expected Behaviour

The correct link should be https://app.push.org/yield
We shouldn't remove support for yieldv2 in the link. Instead we should add a redirect for all v2 links to yield for backward compatibility.

Current Behaviour

Visiting Yield Farming takes user to https://app.push.org/yieldv2

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'https://app.push.org/yieldv2'
