What is the current behavior?
The cursor is disabled to close the cookies tab, if it is done intentionally then what's the need of the closing icon, it's kind of weird that there's a close menu but not functional
What is the expected behavior?
On clicking the close menu, the cookies shall be declined just like in other websites.
On first visit to the site you need to either accept or click 'See details' to customise the cookie selection, and then click accept. It is not possible to close as this prevents confusion with people thinking that clicking close means they don't consent to cookies.
The close button will be enabled when the privacy pop up is opened on future visits, after an initial preference has been set.
