When #524 will be merged we will have some work to add news languages:
- create multiple disqus account per language
- update all account references (twitter...) on the website
- review "contributing.md" to add references per language to relevant part on the website
- explode "comment contribuer" content into several pieces to facilitiate the translation
- review an translate "what is putaindecode" page
- base homepage with distinction between fr/en/whatever
