A few things I noticed looking over things:

  • command-not-found, gdm3setup, kdebase-workspace, kdebase-workspace-consolekit, lightdm-another-gtk-greeter, lightdm-another-gtk-greeter-themes, mdm, mdm-nosystemd & yaourt are not in the repos or AUR
  • archlinux-themes-kdm is only in the Arch repos, not Manjaro repos
  • delayed-hibernation, timeset & xlogin are only in the AUR
  • Do not use pacman -Sy, either use -Syu or -S

Looks good so far. However, you missed one instance of pacman -Sy.
