[Bug] Updating salary does not update the amount of money to be paid over Bitcoin

Whenever the Human Resources department changes the salary of a user, the amount of money paid out should be calculated accordingly (according to the chosen percentage). This should be the case both when the system is locked for the employee and when it is not locked.

This does not work properly now. It is unclear whether it never works, or only doesn't work when the system is locked.
