@1eretoile Unfortunately, in order to do the Over The Air update to Zigbee, you need to downgrade the firmware to v1.x.x.
This can only be done with the USB-UART tool https://pvvx.github.io/ATC_MiThermometer/USBCOMFlashTx.html
